By using Qvelly you agree to these terms.
The service
Qvelly is a personal date-reminder application. You can browse public holidays and add your own dates with optional reminders. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Qvelly.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- Content you add (date names, descriptions, profile photo) must comply with applicable laws and not infringe on third parties' rights.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal content, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the app for harmful purposes, or use it to harass others.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger Zone. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
Qvelly is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Reminders are scheduled by your operating system; we do not guarantee delivery if your device is off, in airplane mode, has notifications disabled, or for any reason the OS does not fire the scheduled notification.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified inside the app or by email.
