The service
Qvelly is a personal date and reminder application. You can browse public holidays, save your own dates with optional reminders, and use optional extra tools. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Qvelly.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account.
- Content you add (date names, descriptions, profile photo) must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe the rights of others.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal content, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, reverse-engineer the app for harmful purposes, or use it to harass others.
Intellectual property
The Qvelly app, name, logo, design, and the content we provide (such as the holiday database) belong to the operator and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from them without permission.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add (your dates, descriptions, and profile photo). You grant the operator a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you — for example, to sync it across your devices and, if you turn on sharing, to show it to the people you share with.
Premium subscriptions
Once in-app purchases are enabled, Qvelly may offer optional Premium plans (for example, a monthly and a yearly plan). Premium subscriptions are auto-renewing: they renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. You manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings; refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play. Free features remain available without a subscription.
Third-party services
Qvelly relies on third-party services including Google Firebase, the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy, and the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of the app is also subject to the applicable terms of Apple and Google.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Reminders are scheduled by your operating system; we do not guarantee delivery if your device is off, in airplane mode, has notifications disabled, or for any reason the operating system does not fire the scheduled notification.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger Zone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law and disputes
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified inside the app or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
